Plans are final
Starter, Pro and Business are paid in advance and take effect the moment the payment clears: higher limits, more websites, every puzzle style. A paid plan can't be cancelled midway and the unused part isn't refunded.

Verify refunds and cancellation
Verify plans are prepaid and final: no cancellation and no refunds. What happens when a plan ends. Updated 18 October 2026.
Test first, for free
Every account has test keys and a free plan with 10,000 checks a month, so you can build, test and run Verify on a real website before choosing a plan.
Never charged again by itself
There's no recurring charge, saved card or UPI AutoPay. A plan simply runs to its end date; to keep the limits, buy again whenever you like.
When a plan ends
Your site keys keep answering for 7 more days on the same limits. Then the account is on the free plan: the oldest website stays on (you choose which in the dashboard), the others are paused, and the “Protected by FitMyKB” link returns. Your secrets don't change.
Billing mistakes
Billed twice, or billed with no plan switched on? Send the payment reference and we either switch the plan on or send the extra amount back through PayPal, your card or UPI within 5 to 7 working days.
