Using Verify

You may use FitMyKB Verify on websites and apps you run, to protect forms and actions from automated abuse.

Your keys

A site key works only on the websites and app ids you list. Keep your secret on your server, never in a page or an app; if it leaks, make a new one from the dashboard.

Tell your visitors

Mention in your privacy notice that you use FitMyKB Verify to protect your forms, and link to our privacy page. The widget already links to it.

Plans and limits

The free plan covers 10,000 checks a month on 1 website. Paid plans are bought for a number of months and don't renew by themselves. Going over a plan never breaks your forms; we'll ask you to upgrade.

Payments

Paid by PayPal or card, a plan starts when the payment goes through; paid by UPI, after we've checked the payment. Plans are final: no cancellation and no refunds (see the refunds and cancellation page).

Fair use

Don't use Verify to get around other services' protections, test stolen credentials, or overload our servers, and don't try to solve or resell checks automatically.

No guarantee

Verify makes automated abuse expensive; it can't promise to stop every bot. Keep rate limits and two-factor sign-in where they matter. Your server decides what to do if we can't be reached; the docs show how. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses.
